  5. Canon uses an accelerated test method to measure the color stability of photographic prints stored in an album, which is similar to measuring the color stability of silver halide photographic paper stored in a dark place. The test prints are printed with an optical density of 1.0 (each for black, cyan, magenta and yellow). Then they are stored in a place with high temperature and about 50% relative humidity. The decrease in optical density and the fading of the yellow color are measured. These results are then converted to the corresponding period when the photoprint is stored at 23 °C and 50% humidity. The point at which the optical density (monochromatic-reflective) shows a loss of 30% (starting from a density of 1.0).

  6. Print speed depends on file size, print mode, print finish settings, type and capacity of memory card. The measurement starts after the print paper has been positioned.

  7. Print speed depends on file size, print mode, print finish settings, type and capacity of memory card. The measurement starts after the print paper has been positioned.

  8. Print speed depends on file size, print mode, print finish settings, type and capacity of memory card. The measurement starts after the print paper has been positioned.

  9. Print speed depends on file size, print mode, print finish settings, type and capacity of memory card. The measurement starts after the print paper has been positioned.

  10. Up to 8 mobile devices can be connected to the printer simultaneously via the Canon PRINT app to use the shuffle print function via WLAN. However, only one device can give the print command.

  11. Images of irregular size or images that have been edited on a computer may not be displayed or printed. USB devices that are not recognized as “removable media” (such as external hard drives) or that do not use the FAT or exFAT file systems, or that have GUID partition tables created on a Macintosh computer are not supported.

  12. Only with adapter optionally available as accessory

  13. The compatibility of a Canon app depends on the mobile device and the operating system installed. You can find the current compatibility in the respective app store of your mobile device.
